Powder coating line operator wanted in Carroll County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Carroll County, Indiana. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
