Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Jackson County, Indiana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
