Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Simpson County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
