Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Sioux County, Iowa. The job is at a private estate garden. Day to day you will operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed. Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
