Refrigeration service engineer • Clinton County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Clinton County, New York. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. Day-to-day duties: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil Requirements: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
