Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 6+ years on the tools preferred.
