Grill cook — Dauphin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
