Shuttering and concrete hand wanted in Culpeper County

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Culpeper County, Virginia. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works The role involves patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab.
