Commis chef wanted in Chisago County

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Chisago County, Minnesota. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
