Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) The role involves set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring).
