Immediate opening: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Benton County, Indiana. You will be based on a metro and infrastructure project. You will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
