Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Clay County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
