Vehicle spray painter wanted in South Lanarkshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vehicle spray painter in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. You will work at an accident repair centre. Your main tasks: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Meals and transport allowance provided.
