Natural gas fitter — Catoosa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Catoosa County, Georgia. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Your main tasks: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Requirements: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
