We are recruiting: production welder (Borno State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production welder in Ngala, Borno State. On a typical shift you will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime Six days a week, one day off.
