Garment machinist — Stutsman County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment machinist in Stutsman County, North Dakota. You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
