Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations.
