Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
