Steel fixing chargehand — Ukum

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Ukum, Benue State. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Rotating shifts.
