Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Haakon County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
