Lift mechanic wanted in Rockland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Rockland County, New York. The job is in a residential tower block. Your main tasks: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Rotating shifts.
