We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Camden County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
