Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Mahaska County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Mahaska County, Iowa. You will work at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time with occasional weekends.
