Kitchen steward wanted in Orleans Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
