Great opportunity: maintenance painter (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Cecil County, Maryland. The job is on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns Ideal candidate: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
