Argon welder wanted in Jay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Jay County, Indiana. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
