Stainless steel welder wanted in Wabash County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Wabash County, Indiana. The role involves: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
