Aluminium TIG welder • Stirling, Scotland

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Stirling, Scotland. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard The role involves: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush We offer £3,000 per month plus benefits.
