Assembly line worker wanted in McPherson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly line worker in McPherson County, Nebraska. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. What we are looking for: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
