The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
