You should have: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens Part-time with flexible hours. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
