Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Georgetown County, South Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Your main tasks: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
