Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Charlotte County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Overtime paid at a premium rate.
