Heavy equipment operator wanted in Caldwell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Caldwell County, Kentucky. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. Day-to-day duties: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension Requirements: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
