Tandoor cook — Gbonyin

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Gbonyin, Ekiti State. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 2+ years on the tools preferred.
