Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
