On a typical shift you will keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off.
