We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machinist in Franklin County, North Carolina. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Rotating shifts. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
