Powder spray gun operator • Dawson County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Dawson County, Montana. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
