Grill cook wanted in Minnehaha County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Rotating shifts.
