Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Maricopa County, Arizona. You will be based in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
