Immediate opening: steward (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Fremont County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
