Pot washer — Caribou County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Caribou County, Idaho. You will work in a catering unit. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
