Immediate opening: we are hiring a wood machinist in Hickory County, Missouri. The role involves measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Part-time with flexible hours.
