Immediate opening: we are hiring a precision welder in Sacramento County, California. What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium On the job you will handle: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
