Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Ogo Oluwa, Oyo State. You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Your main tasks: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Full-time, day shift.
