Chef de partie wanted in Rappahannock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Rappahannock County, Virginia. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
