Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Henderson County, North Carolina. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
