Great opportunity: we are hiring a plasterer in Garland County, Arkansas. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. Requirements: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic The role involves: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
