Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Morton County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
